University Science Center Phase I Ventures is a Philadelphia based startup incubator that provides up to $450,000 in direct financing for “long horizon” startups in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medtech, materials and energy sectors and assistance in obtaining other public and private funding, such as SBIR grants.
